" Dragon Outrage " is Rio Wesley´s new power in Vivid Strike! New Revolution!. in ep 3 Hazuki Ebisu is fighting in Ring. When she hits her, Rio gets berserk and fights Ebisu back until her hands turned into Claws. She lost consiousness after she regained control and got hospitalized. Rio apologizes to Ebisu for hurting her. She had that power that will turn her into a complete Dragon.
